Light Up The Night Grand Opening
After working collaboratively with our teams for many years to open the Facebook New Albany Data Center, we wanted to recognize all of our employees with a grand celebration in honor of all of their hard work and innovation. We partnered with ELEVAR Events and Liz Green to create this special and memorable experience for our employees.
From our first discovery meeting with Liz to the last light being turned off when the celebration was over, Liz was not only the creative mastermind behind our customized “Light up the Night” theme but carefully curated every little detail to create this “wow” evening for our employees. No details were spared.
The ELEVAR Events team was dynamic to work with through the entire event planning process, alleviating the stress that comes with planning a large event from our team so we could enjoy every moment. We didn’t have to worry about a single detail other than showing up and having fun.
ELEVAR Events truly possesses the unique ability to create personalized and unforgettable experiences. Our event was quite the show stopper including a unique, customized light show surprise to say “thank you” to our employees. It was a night to remember and we couldn’t have done it without Liz and her team.

Data Connect Conference
We were introduced to Liz with ELEVAR Events during the beginning of the global pandemic. Liz offered valuable insight and suggestions to our team as we navigated cancelling our 2020 in-person event and venue contracts.
With 2021 being an unknown year and COVID still being a huge concern, Women In Analytics immediately partnered with ELEVAR Events to once again lead the charge with overseeing our conference logistics. Liz’s strong knowledge and partnerships served WIA well in the venue and contracting stage saving our organization thousands of dollars.
The ELEVAR Events team brought brilliant ideas to the table when it came time to plan our conference with COVID-19 health and safety measures in place to insure our attendees met in person as safely as possible. ELEVAR Events stayed one step ahead of the planning process and met each and every deadline.
Every detail was considered thoughtfully and orchestrated onsite successfully while every issue was addressed efficiently and confidently. ELEVAR Events guided us every step of the way and remained front and center until the very end of the conference.

We used ELEVAR Events for our annual conference, to help us plan our social events. Liz with ELEVAR Events is wonderful and I highly recommend working with her and her team!
